We pull up inside 60 minutes. If we don't, $50 comes off your service. You don't have to ask for it.

You hear the price before any work starts. If it is a small fix, they will say so. We do not push you to buy things you don't need.

The 60 minutes is measured from the arrival time we confirm with you, not from when you first call. Offer applies to appointments confirmed and served Monday through Friday during regular business hours, within our normal Northern Virginia service area. One $50 credit per household per visit. The $50 comes off the service total and cannot be combined with other offers. Delays outside our control, such as severe weather, road closures, or being unable to reach the work area, do not count against the promise.

At the arrival time we confirm with you. We do not start the clock while you are still on the phone telling us the problem. You get a real time, and we have 60 minutes from that time.
$50 comes off your service. You don't have to remind us or fill anything out. The plumber takes it off before you pay.
Yes. Leaks, clogged drains, toilets, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, burst pipes. If it is plumbing, the promise counts.
No. There is no dispatch fee. We come out, look at it, and tell you the price. If you don't want the work done, you pay nothing.
A licensed plumber who works for us. We do not send other companies. We are licensed and insured in Virginia.
Call us at (703) 832-9090. Someone answers day or night. We will walk you through shutting off the water or the gas while a plumber heads your way.
